  i was thinking about how the org is dying, and how the guboobs are trying to give it cpr by transitioning to tvpreach.

  now they will construct a media mecca and it looks like they will go full on e digital.

  so, i was trying to come up with a name for their new hollywood that would stick.

  i couldn't help but contrast her delivery - fluent , articulate , without any notes - not even a rostrum or podium to hide behind - with the numerous talks and items i heard when i was a jw.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7wfpaqcqcw.

  I would love to be able to put a dollar value on the amount of damage the Amber Scorah's...the Barbara Andersen's...the John Cedars' and countless others are inflicting on and adversely affecting WT's revenue intake. It has got to be in the millions of pesos ($$$). We already know that this growing anti JW movement has put a big dent in the baptismal rate...many Circuit Assemblies, for example, are having zero baptisms...I wonder how this translates into dollars. It's got to be huge...Yay!

  After the death of a spouse, how long did people wait to get remarried?

  i was on the phone with a long-time friend from my original congregation north of new york city and she told me that the 'shit hit the fan' when a brother (long-time elder i know well) got remarried about 6 weeks after his wife died.. he was about 60 and his new wife (a pioneer that i also know) was about 50 and had never been married.. it became a huge issue when the co came.

  due to all the talk and chatter in the congregation, he even included in one of his talks without naming names, that marriage is something sacred and that when and how people get married is a personal matter as long as it conforms to bible standards.. anyway, it shut everybody up.

  any similar experiences in your current/former congregations?.

  Right-on Athanasius...Yes good ole Geoffrey Jackson. How many times have we heard the WT encourage rank & file to take advantage of being single. Not only does Jackson not practice what he preaches but he marries a young chick old enough to be his daughter...and leaves a trail of others wondering/saying...what the hell!

  I remember this horny Dude a few years back...he happens to be one of 8 leaders of a cult based out of New York. I think he's called a Governing Body member. He claims to have a real tight relationship with God and Jesus Christ. Anyway...this Dude's wife dies of cancer in her early 50s...around 2012. Not long after his wife's death this cult leader finds it difficult to keep his 'little friend' in his pants...soon he finds a young chick (cult member) in her late twenties...about 30 years younger than himself and marries her. He finds a new, healthier and younger love tunnel for his 'little friend'!

  Can someone help me with this Dude's name?

  This asinine statement in the 'Notification Of Disfellowshipping Or Disassociation' form caught my attention:
  

  "Disassociation: Specify by what actions(s) the individual disassociated himself, such as by resignation, nonneutral activity, failure to abstain from blood, or joining another religion."

  This asinine Cult has an asinine obsession with blood!

  These past service year reports reveal the number of those being baptized over the past few years have really been low. Therefore, the ratio of baptized to total publishers is nothing for JWs to brag about. Recently, I was at a circuit assembly of about 1,400 in attendance (drumroll please) where only 1 (one) individual was baptized! It makes me wonder how many circuit assemblies within the U S branch territory there have been over these past few years where zero were baptized. It can be disappointing & embarrassing for proud JWs in attendance to witness this...obviously for me (PIMO) it was a happyfying experience. The point of my post is this...Mother cannot sustain herself for much longer with this non-baptismal trend. What will the organization do...what can it do? This very well can be the precursor we all have been looking for...the telltale sign of this cult's slow death!

  The 2019 numbers don't look good for the U.S. when compared to 2018 . For starters...there are nearly 400 less congregations. While nearly 28,600 were baptized in 2019...the peak publishers for 2019 only went up 2,157 from 2018. The U S reportedly had 182,882 Pioneers working the streets in 2019 and all the U S Branch could come up with was an increase of 2,157 publishers over 2018. Add insult to injury...this 2,157 increase is made up of teeny-poppin born-in JWs!

  Mind you these low and negative figures come from the core & heart of this religion...the United States territory..sad!👎👎👎
